VietIS (https://vietis.com.vn/en/) is looking for a Fresher Business Development position with the following details:

Number of openings: 01
Work location: 3A Building, Lane 82 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi.
Interview process: One round – In-person interview (in both English and Vietnamese).

JOB DECRIPTION:

• Support the Sales Lead in identifying, approaching, and building relationships with potential clients
• Have a good understanding of the company’s services and products
• Be familiar with internal processes, procedures, and the handling of contracts from the company or clients
• Prepare documents, contracts, and quotations to support business activities
• Arrange appointments and assist in organizing and attending meetings, events, and client visits when required
• Coordinate content creation for posts on the company’s LinkedIn page to support Sales activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Recent graduated from Economics-related majors (Preferably from FTU, NEU, UEB…, etc.)

• Good English skills (IELTS 6.5+), strong reading, writing, and critical thinking in English.

• Able to work full-time at the company’s office. (Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30)

• No experience required – training will be provided.

• Sales mindset, Confident, proactive, and fast learner.

• Proficient in office software: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc.

• Preference will be given to candidates who studied abroad or graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, …
